There are a lot of hybrid type bicycles here in Singapore, where they have peddles but also have an electric or gas powered engine. Neat idea. Great for helping with hills or when you're just really dang tired.
Well, the license I was talking about is the driver's license, but that indefinite registration sticker is a pretty good deal too. I hated having to renew my registration every year, especially when I was in Georgia. They charged you a retardedly high rate each year, based on some valuation of your vehicle. That meant my annual registration fee was usually around 280 bucks. In Texas I only had to pay something like 100 bucks a year.

Brad- I've never seen a gas bicycle close-up before. However, I've seen them zooming at top speed in the slow lane on the highway.
Best part is that they generally don't require a license, the way scooters or motorcycles do.
Brad- in Hawaii, the registration sticker is good indefinitely even if you sell the bike/moped to somebody else.
