I first heard about balloon boy on italian news...couldn't believe what I was hearing in my 2nd tongue!

On a different did mention working in a mexican restaurant before, so perhaps you can shed some light on the chimichanga? What exactly goes into it? I remember them being enormous parcels, but it just can't only be shredded chicken or pork or whatever...there must be other fillers. The reason why I ask is 'cause I need to erase a very bad memory from my mind that just so happened to me over the weekend. (I know chimis are tex-mex but...)

Rowena- Mama's Mexican Kitchen was near Frog Lane, if you know the area. I not sure but I think chimichanga is just a deep fried burrito. We didn't serve it back then. Never heard of chimichanga back then.
