I forgot all about last night's Hawaii Five-O, the second episode of the season, however through the wonders of the Internet, I still got to watch a full version of the Hawaii Five-O episode on something similar to an embedded YouTube screen (see photos). A minor detail....da playback includes the advertisements. LOL, you don't miss a thing from last night's edition. The way it's setup, it doesn't seem that you're able to skip pass, er interrupt, the advertisements. Funny thing happened with a voicemail that I received the other day. Wrong number. Somebody else's dentist left a message requesting if I could reschedule an appointment. Well, today my own dentist left a voicemail reminding me of my yearly checkup. Just coincidence, I guess.
I was watching some kind of sports program on tv and the host commented about the revenue that pro football teams receive from the advertisements that gets played on the stadium's megatron tv screens. And here I thought the idea behind installing megatron screens in stadiums was to replay the previous plays and highlights for the viewing pleasure of the live audience. Even Gordon Gecko would have known better. Note: Hawaii doesn't have a pro football team. The only thing with this type of revenue stream is that the game has to be sold out or nearly sold out for the stadium to charge profitable rates from the advertisers. If a 50,000 seat stadium is only half-filled, than that ain't gonna cut it for whatever reasons. Getting back to the advertisements on the Hawaii Five-O video .... they weren't bad watching on a computer screen format versus watching the same commercials on the larger tv screen. It might be due to the fact that I'm watching the advertisements only a foot away on the computer monitor.

Cloudia- heck, at the outset and at the ending, it was kiss okole for the cops. I don't see it.
I rather enjoyed Hawaii 5-0 last night. I'm thinking the script writing is pretty good.
Kay- the script is fast moving, but I dunno how much they can repeat using the same M.O. without it getting old.
Curses my geographical location. Why they gotta be all selfish like that? I wanna watch the show on my pc too!
Rowena- I left the link for Brad in my reply. Try here (scroll down half a page).
Still the same thing. I get to see the short preview, but banned from viewing the whole episode after that. Grrrrrrrrr
Rowena- opps.
I only find the online ads annoying if I watch multiple shows on the same service. I do love hulu though. It's nice not to have to pay for TV other than putting up with ads. I usually just mute the ads when they are on.
