I'm sad I can't buy these yet.

Marvo- you're slipping, Marvo. This shoulda been reviewed on your site weeks ago.

Yes we canned said...

The PB&J ones say they come with a candy surprise inside. Can't see if the BBQ chicken comes with anything, but I really hope they shoved a few fries in there.

Yes we canned- hmmmm, didn't even see that prize thing.

"canned" .... LOL.

Canned sandwiches. What country came up with this idea? Oh! The notion just makes my stomach turn.... Does it say what the shelf life is?

Sometimes I really REALLY week for mankind. Just another piece of "wrapping" to pollute our environment.

Rowena- I've tried to install a comment program where the commenter can edit his/her own comment, but it never worked. When I was on TypePad, I could even edit other people comments.

Nate- the sandwiches are not super-sized, that's for sure.

Kay- LOL, however, as an earlier commenter pointed out there's even a prize inside.

Ok - you gotta read this: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2010/07/08/candwich-canned-sandwich_n_640004.html. (There are many other similar stories from other sources as well.) The guy behind it is being sued for fraud, having mishandled investments and plunking them into things like Sandwiches in a can and the planned French Toast and Pepperoni Pizza Pocket in a can. Seriously. I can't make this stuff up.

Ann- didn't see your comment until now. The dealings of the financier had nothing to do with the candwich, itself. That's the news media for you.
