Parts to repair Iron Horse arrived today. All that's left is to install them. Read manual. Follow the steps in proper order. Torque to factory specs then day is done.
$186.00 with freight for this batch. Labor would have been $400 at the dealer, but since I'm installing the parts myself, I'm making it all back....if that makes any dollars and sense.
I haven't even renewed my driver's license, so my bikes are my only means of travel at the moment. With riding, the idea is to not ride for more than 2-hours straight (unless traveling on the interstate), to avoid fatigue. That's why you see bike club members parked together taking a rest stop.
